Happy Holi Festival everyone!

We want to thank you for all your entries, both through our email addresses and all the entries in our restaurants. We’ve been overwhelmed with the amount of responses and all the amazing ideas. After going through the all of the entries we’re happy to announce our winner… Danny Rawling.
The Holi Chicken Burger created by using Danny Rawling’s ideas he submitted for out Indian competition. Our Holi Chicken Burger is a Large grilled Tandoori Masala chicken sat on a grilled Paratha bread, fried Brinjal (Aubergine) Pakora, with homemade traditional Saag Paneer and garnished with Purple Poriyal (red cabbage coconut curry), cool Raita (Indian cucumber yogurt) with Holi festival favourite handmade Gujiya pastry on top. And of course it’s available Vegan, Veggie or Meaty.
