Q) Do you have parking?
A) Both the Derby & Nottingham restaurants don’t have onsite parking. There are Pay & Display parking sites less extremely close to our restaurants. In Nottingham, the Lace Market Car Park or NCP Stoney Street Car park is roughly 100ft away and in Derby there is parking just out the front or just across the road on Stafford Street.
Q) Do you have Gluten free options?
A.) We have a Gluten Minimal menu that contains Gluten-free products. We advertise as Gluten Minimal as these products are cooked in a Gluten rich kitchen. We advice anyone who is highly sensitive to gluten to refrain from ordering with us. For any queries regarding this don’t hesitate to contact us.
Q) Do you have to book?
A) No, you don’t need to book. We have walk-in tables all week long. However, we do advice booking if you are planning to come during peak times. If you are planning to come during peak times, please contact us to book a table.
Q) Do you do takeaway?
A) Yes! We do Takeaway! You can check out our takeaway menu by downloading the Annie’s Burger Shack app - available on both IOS and Android! Download our app, enter your postcode, find your nearest restaurant and pay over the app! As easy as that!
Q) Are you wheelchair accessible?
A) Yes! Both of our sites are accessible for wheelchairs! However due to the size of our Nottingham site, you’ll need to notify a member of staff so we can assist you.
Q) Are you Covid compliant?
A) Yes, Even after restrictions have effectively ended, we still have a commitment to being as Covid compliant as possible. You can check out our Covid safety measures by clicking here
Q) Are you pet friendly?
A) We unfortunately cannot accept pets indoors, however if you are sat in our outdoor seating area this is allowed. Guide/assistant dogs are allowed.

Q) Is your meat Halal?
A) We can do Halal meat. Just let our servers know in advance.
